Wayne was very skilled with the latest technology of real estate. If he wasn't so quick to set up my personalized web real estate listings, I may never have found the property I purchased. He also shows his years of experience during the purchase process. This property provoked high interest from other buyers which meant that Wayne and I had to be aggressive in the offer AND finance. I discovered over time all of Wayne's good contacts including the excellent and knowledgeable building inspector. Last but not least is the sales person's follow-thru after closing. The kitchen was left by the seller in a bit of a dirty condition. Wayne paid for the cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms. Now THAT is impressive. Thanks Wayne.
